What it is

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is a coenzyme present in all living cells and central to redox metabolism. Oral precursors are sold as supplements in many markets; injectable and IV presentations sit in a different regulatory category.

NAD+ participates in redox reactions and serves as a substrate for sirtuins and PARP enzymes, pathways studied in ageing and metabolic research.
